Veggie Chili - Behof Style

1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup chili powder

2 bay leaves

1 teaspoon ground cumin

2 tablespoons dried oregano

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1(12 ounce) packages vegetarian burger crumbles

2 cans chopped or crushed tomatoes

1 cup frozen whole kernel corn

1 can kidney beans, drained

1 can black beans, drained

Mix all ingredients well in a large crock pot. Simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy with cheese or other such topping.
